Summit High School is fortunate to have some of the best facilities available in the world today. Summit Field is the only synthetic surface on the East side of the Cascade mountains in Oregon. The field has superior safety and performance features which benefit not only Summit students, but the entire Bend community. We need your help to finish paying off the field so we can move into the future. Below is a brief list of some of the advantages to this surface.

In 2005 a 100 year storm triggered massive sinkholes and destroyed Summit High's field. After much research a decision was made to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Artificial turf was put in with generous pledges from members of our community. The field has benefited our student athletes and our community as well. Now we need your help. Due to the downturn in the economy many of the original pledges were not met. We've been left with a gap in paying down the debt on the field and setting it up for years to come. Please consider making a donation to ensure our community continues to have the best and safest surface available today.
Many projects and enhancements to our facilities have been put on hold until this field and track are debt free. Help our school break free of this debt so we can all move forward with our school's future and the future of our students.
